Shipping

Each piece is individually handmade to order in our Melbourne studio and can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to dispatch after payment. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched next business day. If you would like your jewellery sooner, please get in touch via hello@yasminhackett.com and we can see what we can do.

All orders are sent by Australia Post and include signature on delivery and tracking. Please ensure you enter your correct details at checkout, once the order has been received and lodged with Australia Post we cannot make any adjustments. We don’t take any responsibility for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer details, or if package is stolen.

Standard Shipping $Free

Transit times range from 1 - 7 days depending on your location within Australia.

Express Shipping $15 flat rate

Transit times  range from 1- 2 business days depending upon your location within Australia. 

International

Standard Shipping $25 Flat rate

Transit times range from 3 - 3 weeks depending on your location.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over international duties and taxes nor can we predict what a country will charge.
