Please take the time to note the size, weight and look of each item before deciding if it’s for you.

We do offer exchanges if the item is in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of date of purchase.

Please read and follow the care instructions for all Yasmin Hackett items as those deemed faulty due to customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.  

If you find there is a manufacturing fault, we are happy to offer a repair or replacement for the item within 6 months of date of purchase.
